Startups submit applications. Shortlisted teams will be invited to an interview.

First Meeting
An initial meeting is scheduled to understand the team and business.
Stage 3
Data Assessment
Selected startups provide data room access for further reviews.
Stage 4
Term Negotiation
Qualified startups are issued a term sheet, followed by a negotiation with VinVentures
Stage 5
Due Diligence
A comprehensive review of business, legal, and compliance matters.
Stage 6
Finalization
If passed, contracts are negotiated and finalized. Disbursement follows.
